RETURNS

Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. To return a defective item, you must call (800) 480-5223 within seven days of receipt of product, and we will provide you with a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA#). If the product is received damaged due to UPS handling, you must contact UPS for a refund of the shipping charges. 

We will gladly exchange any item to correct a sizing problem. We do not charge restocking fees; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached in order to receive an exchange or refund.
